Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is the wine that has convinced both consumers and sommeliers, with its strong flavors of wild vegetation and delicate accents of berries. The slow maturation in the barrels added the wine the spicy touches that bring it originality and flavor. Serve it surrounded by your friends and appetizers, lamb, game, goose or duck dishes, but also with varieties of goat and sheep cheeses.

Best served with: Appetizers and main dishes of lamb, game, goose or duck, but also plates with goat and sheep cheeses.
