Tămâioasă Românească

Tămâioasa Românească is the star of Huși Vineyard, a good and sweet wine, aged for several years – first in oak marcs and then in bottles. This explains the incomparable taste of honeycomb, acacia flowers, basil and walnut kernels. Use it when cooking caramelized steaks or desserts with lots of chocolate and, of course, crème brûlée.

Best served with: Foie gras, caramelized meat dishes, caramel desserts, chocolate.

    Maturation in oak marcs for at least 12 months, followed by aging in bottles for at least 12 months.
  • Fermentation:
    The grapes harvested and manually sorted are left for 3-5 days in pre-fermentation maceration to extract their flavor, followed by fermentation at temperatures 14 to 16 degrees.
  • Olfactory highlights:
    Complex flavor of overripe yellow fruits, with hints of honeycomb and propolis.

    Bee honeycomb accents, acacia flowers, basil and walnut kernels.
