We picked Feteasca Neagră from “La Schit” and Cabernet Sauvignon from “Colina Mănăstirii”, where the acidic and humus-poor soils, specific to the oak and beech forests that have been growing in this area for hundreds of years, gave the grapes an unique expressiveness. This wine greets us with accents of leather, spices and tobacco, plum fruity flavors and overripe black fruits, savory complemented by mentholated accents of chocolate and coffee.
